Lisa Marks | Director

Lisa joined Guardian Angels in 2020 as Director, bringing with her a strong entrepreneurial spirit and deep commitment to her community. A lifelong Lincoln resident, she earned her Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising with a Marketing minor from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

With decades of business and leadership experience — including managing the Gallup Company Store and founding On Your Marks with her husband, Dave — Lisa now finds her most meaningful work at Guardian Angels. Guided by honesty, integrity, and compassion, she is dedicated to serving clients and caregivers with dignity while building lasting, positive relationships.

Greg Gibbs | Human Resources Director

Greg Gibbs grew up in Omaha and earned degrees in Public Relations and Communications / Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. With 25 years of experience teaching speech and theatre, he’s guided countless students to state-level recognition.

Inspired by the caregivers who supported his own family, Greg joined Guardian Angels Homecare in 2021. He now uses his educational background to strengthen training and onboarding, fostering a culture of growth, support, and excellence. Known for his quick wit and warmth, Greg makes everyone feel valued.

Carmaletia Martinez-Gonzales | Scheduler/Care Coordinator

Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Carmaletia has built her life around family, compassion, and service. With experience as a nurse aide, medication aide, and scheduler, she brings skill and dedication to her role at Guardian Angels while pursuing her LPN license to further her growth.

Known for her caring nature and strong work ethic, Carmaletia is a trusted support to both clients and colleagues. She values Guardian Angels’ culture of compassion and strives to leave a legacy of kindness, passion, and unwavering care for others.

Mallory Rogers | Scheduler/Care Coordinator

Born in Spirit Lake, Iowa and raised in Omaha, Mallory was inspired by her parents’ work in healthcare to pursue a lifelong passion for serving others. Currently earning her Master’s in Human Services, she brings experience as both a caregiver and administrator, dedicated to improving support for individuals with disabilities and age-related needs.

A lifelong learner, Mallory enjoys hiking, art, poetry, and live music. She is known for her commitment to clients and caregivers alike, helping ensure Guardian Angels continues to be a place where compassion and care always come first.

Nikki Shasserre | Marketing Director

Nikki serves on the marketing team at Guardian Angels Homecare, where she shares the mission that every person possesses a sacred dignity that age or circumstance can never take away. A proud graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Nikki has traveled the country as a FOCUS missionary and conference organizer, later returning home to serve as Director of Annual Giving for the St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Center. She has also supported local leaders and organizations through various public relations roles.

Nikki finds her greatest joy in her vocation as a wife and mother. She loves exploring national parks with her family, being active in her church, attending her children’s activities, and cheering on the Huskers.

Bede Fulton | Marketing & Outreach

Bede Fulton serves on the marketing team at Guardian Angels Homecare, where he develops and executes marketing campaigns, and actively engages the community, building lasting relationships through outreach.

Before joining Guardian Angels, he studied at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he recently completed degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Outside of work, Bede enjoys running marathons and half marathons, singing, and performing around the community!

Dave Marks | Creative & Design

Born in Gary, Indiana and raised in Texas, Dave has built a career blending creativity, compassion, and connection. With degrees in Applied Percussion and Journalism, his professional path has included music retail, graphic design, ad agency leadership, and brand identity work at Gallup, where he served as Design Director.

A devoted husband and father, Dave brings empathy and creativity to Guardian Angels, where he is known as a “dementia whisperer” for his ability to connect with clients. His passions for music, design, and service continue to guide his work as Creative & Design Director.

Rachel Well | Business Manager

Born in Indianapolis, Rachel grew up in a military family and is now married to a serviceman, giving her the unique experience of moving 15 times in 30 years. She and her husband are raising three young children and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.

A Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s in Accountancy and nearly a decade of business experience, Rachel brings expertise in finance and operations to Guardian Angels. She focuses on efficiency, stewardship, and teamwork, helping the organization serve clients and families with excellence and care.
